Trailer Design & Assessment

Transmod is an approved test facility for ROVER, Road Vehicle Standards (RVS) legislation and the Australian Government Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications and the Arts. Services include:

• Drawbar assessment for compliance with Australian Design Rule – ADR 62/02 – Mechanical Connections Between Vehicles
• Safety chain connection assessment
• Provision of Design Verification Certificates to be used for evidence demonstrating compliance for ROVER applications
• Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and other analysis methods including approved calculations
• Fatigue assessment
• Physical testing
• Registered Professional Engineer (Queensland) RPEQ endorsement
